At its foundation, the software offers a robust employee database where personal details, job roles, department assignments, attendance records, leave requests, and performance evaluations are securely stored and easily accessible. The intuitive dashboard allows HR staff to process recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding workflows with minimal effort. From posting job openings and tracking applicants to generating offer letters and assigning onboarding tasks, every step is seamlessly integrated within the system. Employees can also log in to access their own profiles, view payslips, apply for leaves, update information, and receive internal announcements, fostering a self-service culture and reducing HR’s repetitive queries.
